Nicole prides herself in exploring all options and works hard to achieve the best outcome for the client.
Nicole began her criminal defense career in 2008, first as a Law Clerk and then as a full-time attorney in downtown Minneapolis before joining Brandt Criminal Defense. She is currently admitted to all Courts within the State of Minnesota, as well as the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Nicole has worked with people facing a variety of charges ranging from minor traffic offenses and DWIs to Assault and Criminal Sexual Conduct. Nicole works closely with her clients to determine their goals and reach the best possible resolution in each case.
As a Co-Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the Hennepin County Bar Association, Nicole plans Continued Legal Education courses for criminal attorneys throughout the Twin Cities metro area. She volunteers her time with local Bar Associations and judging moot court and mock trial competitions for law schools and colleges around the Twin Cities.
